Who we are
Garagy is operated by [company name], a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration [CR number] ("Garagy", "we"). These terms apply to the Garagy website, the Garagy Parts Hub app and the Garagy Workshop Pro app.
What Garagy does
Garagy connects customers with garages and parts shops in Bahrain, and gives those businesses software to run their workshop, stock, invoices and online sales.
Each repair or sale is an agreement between you and the garage or shop. The business sets its prices, decides whether a part fits your car, and gives the warranty. Garagy is not a party to that agreement, but we handle online payments and help settle problems.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, give correct details, verify your mobile number and keep your password and codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
A business owner is responsible for the people they invite as staff and for the roles they give them.
You can delete your account at any time from My account. Deletion takes effect after 7 days and can be undone until then.
Prices, fees and payment
Prices are in Bahraini dinars and include VAT where the seller is VAT-registered. Any Garagy service or delivery fee is shown before you pay.
Card and BenefitPay payments are taken by our payment provider on its own secure page; Garagy never sees or stores card numbers. Orders not accepted by the shop within 30 minutes are cancelled and refunded automatically. Bank-transfer orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled.
Businesses using Garagy
Businesses pay the subscription plan they choose and the commission shown in their agreement. A plan not paid by the end of its period moves to a 7-day grace period and then to read-only; online selling is not affected.
Each business owns its customer and job data and is responsible for it under the data protection law. Garagy processes that data on the business's behalf and never shows it to other businesses.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Garagy: no false listings or reviews, no content that is unlawful or offensive, no attempts to get around fees, no access to other people's accounts or data, and no automated scraping or attacks. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Liability
We work to keep Garagy available and correct but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, Garagy is not liable for the work or parts of a garage or shop, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bahrain's consumer protection law.
Changes and law
We will tell you before these terms change; if you do not accept the new terms you can delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the courts of Bahrain decide any dispute.
