Parts bought on Garagy
Each shop shows its warranty and return terms on the product page. On top of them, Garagy's rule applies to every order: if a part does not fit the car the shop confirmed it for, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, unused and in its packaging. The shop that confirmed the fit pays for the return.
How to return
Open the order, choose Return, give the reason and add photos. The shop accepts or answers within [2 working days]; if you cannot agree, Garagy decides.
Refunds
Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method; card and BenefitPay refunds can take up to [14 days] to reach your account. Orders the shop does not accept within 30 minutes are refunded automatically.
Repairs at a garage
Work and parts fitted by a garage are covered by that garage's own warranty, shown on its quotation and invoice. A problem after the job is closed is opened as a warranty job linked to the original one.
